Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee software development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with product management to define roadmaps and prioritize development tasks.

• Conduct code reviews and contribute to hands-on development of critical software components.
• Implement and optimize Agile development methodologies for enhanced productivity.

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Microsoft-centric technologies hosted on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and their implementation.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
