Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, providing expert guidance on fund accounting matters.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for seamless documentation management.
• Analyze investment capital structures to determine accounting and data requirements.
• Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of client reports and financial statements.
• Conduct technical research and apply accounting standards to resolve complex issues.
• Plan and oversee team efforts to meet client requirements efficiently and within deadlines.
• Automate and document workflows to improve operational processes and outcomes.
• Supervise team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, in fund accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and investment company accounting principles is essential.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor teams.
• Experience interpreting investment legal documentation and applying relevant accounting standards.
• Ability to automate and document processes for improved operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of technology systems and their application in accounting processes.
