Overview

  • Serve as the owner's representative for healthcare construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks effectively.
  • Provide strategic oversight for healthcare construction initiatives across multiple state locations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and construction codes throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare construction to drive project success and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management practices within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for healthcare construction projects as the owner's representative.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and adherence to specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility standards and construction regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations within the state as required.
