Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee departmental goals, objectives, and daily operations to achieve quality improvement and fiscal productivity.
- Supervise staff performance, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, and direct quality patient care initiatives within Behavioral Health Services.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and care outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree preferred or to be obtained within six months of employment.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Behavioral Health Services management or acute care setting; 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality improvement processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize resource utilization for cost-effective operations.
