Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform precise daily trade reconciliation and corporate action analysis to maintain operational integrity.
  • Resolve trade discrepancies and ensure seamless workflows across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with brokers and counterparties to optimize operational processes and resolve issues.
  • Partner with technology teams to implement system enhancements and improve efficiency.
  • Document technical requirements and recommend solutions for workflow improvements.
  • Support new market, product, and fund initiatives with operational insights and expertise.
  • Refine operational procedures and uphold high standards of excellence in all activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information systems, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and equity derivatives operations.
  • Strong skills in corporate action processing and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement effective process improvements.
