Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active New York State Physician License.
- Board Certification in a relevant specialty and active NPI Number.
- DEA Certificate, BCLS Certification, and Infection Control Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of medical leadership experience; 7 years preferred.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills to effectively lead teams.
- Completed NYS Department of Health mandated prescriber education in pain management within the last 3 years.
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare environment.
