Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg/Tele nursing; 3 years preferred.
- Current California RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Proficiency in basic EKG/tele interpretation or completion of a Basic EKG course within six months of employment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential.
- Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance preferred.
