Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in the development of architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Participate in client consultations to understand project requirements.
• Apply architectural technology principles to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and architectural principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent problem-solving and consultation skills.
