Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Coordinate with architects, vendors, and other stakeholders during project phases.
- Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit software.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer license preferred.
- 15+ years of engineering experience, including 7+ years in team management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software like Trane Trace.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and public bidding procedures.
- Experience with commercial, educational, and institutional projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
