Overview

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation; 10 years preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
