- Lead operational strategy and execution for a high-performing private wealth management team.
- Develop scalable systems, controls, and workflows to enhance client service efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Organize workflows and drive accountability across client servicing activities.
- Build and implement repeatable processes to improve turnaround times and mitigate operational risks.
- Evaluate workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to enhance tools and policies.
- Train team members on internal platforms and standardize processes for efficiency.
- Establish daily priorities, pipeline reviews, and escalation paths for operational activities.
- Manage escalations for client-impacting issues and coordinate rapid resolutions.
- Lead execution for complex client events ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Support client onboarding, account maintenance, and money movements with high-touch service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in private wealth management operations or client service.
- Preferred 15 years of experience in operational leadership within financial services.
- SIE, Series 7, and 66 certifications required or obtainable within the firm's timeline.
- Proven ability to improve operational performance through systems thinking and disciplined execution.
- Strong understanding of operational risk and documentation standards in regulated environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.
- Strong technology aptitude and ability to translate needs into practical workflows.
