Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support for critical financial applications, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Execute daily operational procedures, including system checks and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance IT support processes and communication strategies.
  • Manage printer operations and mobile device management to support user productivity.
  • Participate in team meetings to develop and implement IT solutions and strategies.
  • Provide rotational off-hours support to ensure consistent IT service availability.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions for operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, showcasing strong technical expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support for workstations and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft desktop software, including Windows 11 and Office 365.
  • Experience with financial services industry applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and application troubleshooting.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti product suite preferred.
  • Experience with printer management and mobile device support is advantageous.
