Overview

  • Lead surgical services operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee staffing, volume forecasting, and budget monitoring to optimize department performance and efficiency.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction through strategic leadership.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality, safety, and efficiency in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable surgical services experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Recent leadership experience in surgical services as a director or strong managerial role required.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational expenses effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory standards in healthcare.
  • Experience in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
