  • Manage ground-up and expansion projects with budgets ranging from $3MM to $20MM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by successfully managing complex construction initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Supervise on-site activities, maintaining alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard project success and stakeholder interests.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing retail and grocery construction projects successfully.
  • In-depth knowledge of ground-up and expansion project processes and requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning and execution.
