- Develop and edit specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards such as IMC and NFPA.
- Utilize software tools like Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed mechanical designs.
- Participate in a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement HVAC systems for various building projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment sizing, selection, and load calculations.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards such as IMC and NFPA.
- Experience with chilled water plants, boilers, and combined heating and cooling plants.
- Competency in software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace, and Carrier HAPS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for design and mentoring others.
