Overview

  • Provide front desk coverage as a temporary receptionist for a professional organization.
  • Ensure smooth operations during the designated coverage period.
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate with the designated point of contact for daily tasks.
  • Retrieve and utilize temporary badge for building access.
  • Adhere to the scheduled working hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Job Requirements
