Overview

  • Serve as a key relationship manager for custodial partnerships within a leading financial technology platform.
  • Focus on enhancing and expanding relationships with custodians supporting wealth management clients.
  • Collaborate across teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Play a pivotal role in embedding the platform within the wealth management ecosystem.
  • Analyze partner performance data to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings to review partnership status and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve partner interactions.
  • Build influence across the organization through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for custodial service providers.
  • Manage partnerships, ensuring integration and execution of initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders for mutual benefit.
  • Define and oversee reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct performance reviews with partners to identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate internal efforts related to operational execution across custodial partners.
  • Drive process improvements using available technology solutions.
  • Collaborate across regions and teams to achieve strategic goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, custodial operations, or relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of custodial infrastructure and trade execution for alternative investments.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working across regions and coordinating distributed teams.
