Overview
- Support legal operations by managing transactional and corporate paralegal tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency in documentation and agreements.
- Collaborate with legal team members to handle closing processes, signature pages, certificates, and license agreements.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other legal documents as required.
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper filing of corporate documents and certificates.
- Provide generalist support across various legal functions to meet organizational needs.
- Contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of legal processes within the organization.
- Work onsite four days a week, collaborating closely with the legal team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and manage transactional documents, including closing materials and signature pages.
- Draft, review, and finalize certificates, license agreements, and NDAs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with legal team members to support various transactional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents for internal and external use.
- Provide support for generalist legal tasks to enhance team productivity.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of legal processes and filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of legal operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in a similar role within a legal team.
- Proficiency in managing corporate documents, agreements, and compliance tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in legal documentation.
- Ability to work onsite four days a week and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
