Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce high-quality visual content for corporate, event, and social media initiatives.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished deliverables, ensuring alignment with creative direction and brand standards.
  • Perform color correction, grading, and audio synchronization to achieve professional-grade multimedia outputs.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, including branded animations and reusable templates for diverse campaigns.
  • Create static and animated visual assets for marketing, events, and promotional purposes.
  • Organize and maintain media asset libraries and project file structures for efficient workflow management.
  • Support virtual recording platforms for webinars, podcasts, and remote interviews, ensuring quality audio/video capture.
  • Contribute creatively from conception to final delivery, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Edit and optimize video content for web, social media, and internal broadcast formats.
  • Perform color grading and corrections to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, including title sequences and transitions.
  • Develop reusable templates and animated assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Produce static and animated graphics for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Sync and mix audio tracks, applying EQ and noise reduction techniques.
  • Operate virtual recording platforms and troubleshoot live sessions for quality output.
  • Assist with pre-production planning, shot lists, and gear preparation for field productions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and multimedia production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and motion graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of ADA guidelines and ability to create closed captioning files.
  • Experience with audio post-production, including mixing and noise reduction.
  • Familiarity with virtual recording platforms and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing media assets and project files.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in multimedia production and editing.
