Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee the creation of precise construction documents, ensuring technical and design accuracy.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
  • Lead client meetings to gather requirements and integrate them into project designs.
  • Perform construction administration tasks, including reviewing shop drawings and conducting site visits.
  • Collaborate with specification writers to align project documentation with design objectives.
  • Utilize advanced design software to produce high-quality architectural documents and visualizations.
  • Support project managers in achieving project milestones and deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Architectural registration and LEED AP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Suite, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and liaising with regulatory officials.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality construction documents and visualizations.
  • Portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking and process preferred.
