Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate all phases of architectural projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

• Oversee project billing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address their needs effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Strong technical background in architectural design and execution.
• Proven expertise in zoning, proposals, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional client relations and communication skills.
• Experience with billing and financial management in projects.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferred 20 years of experience for senior-level expertise.
