Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare construction draws, maintain financial records, and ensure timely payments for development properties.
- Coordinate with property managers on stabilized properties for financial oversight.
- Collaborate with investment and development teams to address financial issues and deal structures.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and fund allocation.
- Oversee audit and tax preparation processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform office administrative tasks to support organizational operations.
- Report to the CFO while collaborating with other members of upper management.
- Utilize Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with management and teams.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with financial reporting, audit coordination, and tax preparation.
