- Represent management in collective bargaining agreements and labor relations matters.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational alignment and legal compliance.
- Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance on employee evaluations.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide support to management in handling sensitive matters.
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, affirmative action policies, and diversity initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in collective bargaining and labor relations is highly desirable.
