Assistant Superintendent

Overview

• Assist in overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in supervising construction site operations and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards and practices on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
• Support the resolution of technical and logistical challenges during construction.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client specifications.
• Participate in meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address construction challenges promptly.
