Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to coordinate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in supervising construction site operations and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards and practices on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively.
