Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams to meet project goals.
• Utilize Procore software for project documentation and communication.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders and address their concerns.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Procore software for construction management.
• Experience managing projects valued between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
