Overview

  • Lead on-site construction operations for commercial projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 in scope.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize Procore software for project tracking and documentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of commercial construction projects on-site.
