Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across reporting systems and platforms.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly variance reports to guide strategic business decisions.
  • Upload, verify, and maintain financial data integrity in Hyperion and related systems.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor spending and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate month-end close processes and develop financial models for decision support.
  • Analyze quarterly reserves and maintain cost pools and allocations for business units.
  • Oversee inventory revaluation processes and manage consignment inventory effectively.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing detailed financial analyses and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion and Made-to-Manage (M2M).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial insights and recommendations clearly.
