Overview

  • Provide professional front desk coverage and support for office operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
