Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcome prospective residents, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage check-in processes and maintain accurate prospect information in the system.
- Understand and document prospective residents' housing needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on leasing processes, apartment availability, and community amenities.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the community's features and benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with leasing office staff to meet service standards and business goals.
- Assist with administrative duties and contribute to special projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high level of integrity.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, leasing, or related fields preferred.
