Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Process accounts payable invoices, including direct-vouchered and purchase order-based vouchers.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant on account analysis and related tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing and payment schedules.
• Utilize a modern cloud-based ERP system to manage accounts payable functions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and reconciling accounts as needed.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounts payable processes.
• Support financial reporting and documentation requirements.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency with modern cloud-based ERP systems, such as Acumatica.
• Familiarity with job-cost environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
