Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support loan servicing and portfolio management processes.
  • Maintain and enhance loan systems and databases for accurate and dynamic reporting.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvements across the firm's operating platform.
  • Develop and manage reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in lifecycle management of loans, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Controller to align operations with organizational goals.
  • Utilize tools like Nortridge and Microsoft PowerBI for data management and reporting.
  • Support communication with external parties regarding reporting and inquiries.
  • Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge across departments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain and update loan servicing systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Process transactional activities and support full loan lifecycle management.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Enhance reporting for borrower statements, loan tapes, and investor communications.
  • Collaborate with management to review and improve reporting methods.
  • Automate and streamline operational processes for efficiency.
  • Support external communication regarding reporting requirements and inquiries.
  • Contribute to firmwide efforts for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team environment to achieve organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the real estate or related industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in loan servicing systems and ERP platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like Microsoft PowerBI and Nortridge.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
