Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and present project requirements, ensuring alignment with client goals and specifications.
• Coordinate and organize project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Supervise design and technical delivery in collaboration with the Partner-In-Charge.
• Mentor project team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.
• Act as a client and consultant liaison, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
• Collaborate with architecture and interior design teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Integrate industry trends and advancements into project practices and methodologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Licensure preferred but not mandatory for the role.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of architectural technology and industry advancements.
• Ability to mentor team members and foster professional development.
• Experience in client and consultant liaison roles to ensure project success.
