Project Manager, Implementations

Overview

• Lead the implementation and optimization of technical systems for fund administration practices.
• Serve as the in-house expert on the Allvue platform, driving system enhancements and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows and streamline operations.
• Support client onboarding processes, tailoring solutions to diverse fund structures.
• Provide training and documentation for system best practices and user guidelines.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployments to ensure seamless functionality.
• Act as the primary liaison to software vendors for issue resolution and roadmap planning.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to scale and automate systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee the strategic development and maintenance of the Allvue platform.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive automation of accounting workflows and reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex system issues.
• Prepare functional requirements for platform enhancements.
• Deliver user training and develop system documentation.
• Support onboarding processes for clients with diverse fund structures.
• Ensure system upgrades and deployments are executed effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 4-6 years of experience in fund administration or technical systems implementation.
• Deep expertise with the Allvue platform and fund accounting practices.
• Strong understanding of private equity, credit, and hybrid fund structures.
• Proven track record in translating operational complexity into technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with software vendors and internal tech teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred experience in fund accounting and system-driven solutions.
