Job Description

Overview

  • Lead HR system implementations and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to drive data integrity and operational excellence.
  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including onboarding, benefits, and security administration.
  • Develop and deploy optimized HRIS processes and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Provide technical support and training for HR systems, ensuring user proficiency and satisfaction.
  • Generate insightful HR data reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials for HRIS functionalities.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements of HR systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement and upgrade HR technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support to HR team members and employees.
  • Design and deploy HR dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and transaction consistency.
  • Configure and test HRIS processes and integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a focus on HR or technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS configuration and operations, preferably with Workday.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
