Overview

  • Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to patients with diverse orthopedic, neurologic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Design personalized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.
  • Educate patients and caregivers to ensure understanding and adherence to therapy protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and holistic care.
  • Participate in clinical education, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced electronic health records to document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification required within three months of employment.
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience; three years preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and essential computer applications.
