Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics to provide a positive and professional experience.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules and materials, ensuring readiness and alignment with recruitment goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate logistics, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools for efficient workflow management.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
