  • Provide administrative support at a construction site, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project execution.
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, and resources for job site trailers to support team productivity.
  • Coordinate catering for meetings, weekly lunches, and other team events as required.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting planning, and preparation to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, handling various tasks and responsibilities.
