Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage certified mail intake and ensure secure handling practices.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Monitor incoming packages and ensure timely handling of deliveries.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipments using corporate emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Provide a welcoming and professional impression to visitors and staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills with an energetic and extroverted personality.
