Overview

  • Provide professional reception and office support services in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage inbound calls, mail, and packages efficiently and securely.
  • Support general office operations with proactive and organized approaches.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and staff.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication tasks effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate shipments and prepare shipping labels using corporate services.
  • Engage with diverse teams and visitors with a personable and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and direct inbound calls with a positive customer service approach.
  • Manage certified mail intake and ensure secure handling practices.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
  • Monitor incoming packages and ensure timely handling of deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping labels and coordinate shipments using corporate emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional impression to visitors and staff.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills with an energetic and extroverted personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in hospitality settings is a plus.
