Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects effectively.
- Experience with gym/fitness center construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of site utilities, foundation work, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel nationally and manage remote project sites effectively.
