Overview

• Lead and oversee diverse commercial construction projects, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to meet project specifications and deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders and management teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and external partners.
• Implement problem-solving strategies to address construction challenges and optimize outcomes.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics for national project oversight efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, milestones, and resolutions.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in construction management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects effectively.
• Experience with gym/fitness center construction projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of site utilities, foundation work, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel nationally and manage remote project sites effectively.
