Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as catheter insertion, EKGs, and phlebotomy with precision.
- Assist patients with therapeutic equipment and provide clear usage instructions.
- Record vital signs and essential patient data accurately and promptly.
- Transport specimens and assist healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
- Respond to emergencies, initiate CPR, and provide immediate care as needed.
- Administer medications in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
- Implement individualized nursing care plans to address specific patient needs.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources while delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) in Nursing or equivalent qualification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Proficiency in performing clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and EKGs.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration practices and patient monitoring techniques.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required by patient care needs.
