Overview
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with organizational policies.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Assist with filing and organization of HR documents to ensure accessibility and audit readiness.
- Support the preparation and review of files for upcoming audits, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide assistance to employees and external stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting to support HR initiatives.
- Work on-site during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform meticulous filing and organization of HR-related documents for accessibility and compliance.
- Conduct accurate data entry tasks, maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing files for internal and external audits.
- Provide phone assistance, addressing inquiries from employees and external contacts.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis tasks.
- Support HR team members in daily operations and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required for eligibility.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in meticulous filing and document management.
- Ability to provide effective phone assistance and address inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with HR processes and compliance standards preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Availability to work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
