POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for Professional Services 360 Recruiters (Full Desk) and Account Managers to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division. This team specializes in professional services roles, including executive assistants, marketing, human resources, and legal support. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting and account management, financially motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and career goals.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to build and manage a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand client base and identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance recruiting and account management skills.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights and collaborating on strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting or account management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in professional services staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client management.
