POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for Architecture, Engineering & Construction 360 Recruiters and Account Managers to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in AEC opportunities nationwide. This role offers a unique chance to connect with top professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors while contributing to a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a strong understanding of the AEC industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent and temporary AEC professionals across various disciplines and roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates in architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop a strong candidate network.
- Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to AEC roles.
- Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment goals.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding recruitment strategies and industry trends.
- Balance client and candidate needs to achieve optimal hiring outcomes.
- Collect and analyze hiring data to refine recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AEC recruitment or account management; 5 years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction industry practices.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a collaborative team setting.
