Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of architectural projects from schematic design to construction administration.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Actively oversee client budgets, schedules, and programs, ensuring project goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage services outside of project scope effectively.
  • Create agendas, lead meetings, and maintain detailed meeting notes for project documentation.
  • Utilize software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up for design and visualization tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations throughout project phases.

Job Requirements

  • Professionally accredited Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up for design and technical detailing.
  • Strong sketch and visualization capabilities to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Experience leading project teams and managing consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative office environment with occasional local travel.
  • Licensure preferred but not required; commitment to professional development encouraged.
