Overview

  • Collaborate with a dynamic architecture firm to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to design visually compelling marketing materials and presentations.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in crafting narratives and proposals that effectively communicate project scopes and objectives.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral and project databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools, particularly InDesign.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed and engaging project narratives and scopes.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Contribute to the management and strategy of social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Support the preparation of RFPs, award submissions, and other marketing deliverables with precision and creativity.
  • Participate in team meetings to provide insights and recommendations for marketing process improvements.
  • Maintain and organize project databases and marketing collateral for easy access and relevance.
  • Innovate and align marketing strategies with current trends and industry standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the architecture or design industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with AEC industry terminology and marketing practices is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; photography experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster collaboration and teamwork.
