Overview
- Support attorneys in corporate governance, regulatory filings, and administrative tasks for a global asset management firm.
- Assist with document management, recordkeeping, and compliance matters for domestic and international affiliates.
- Provide in-person support for board meetings, earnings calls, and corporate events.
- Draft and review SEC filings, corporate reports, and press releases.
- Maintain legal entity records, organizational charts, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with directors, senior management, and international teams.
- Contribute to strategic transactions, reorganizations, and securities offerings.
- Support a hybrid work environment with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare materials for board meetings and provide day-of support.
- Draft and review regulatory filings, including SEC documentation.
- Manage corporate records and minute books for affiliates.
- Coordinate compliance and governance reporting with the NYSE.
- Support corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Administer corporate compliance policies and maintain organizational charts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
- Provide administrative support for earnings releases and conference calls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate governance or legal support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
