Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
- Active NYS licensure as an LCSW or LCSW-R is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making processes.
