Overview

  • Provide advanced imaging services as a CT Technologist in a dynamic outpatient setting.
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient care and clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform CT imaging procedures based on physician orders and established protocols.
  • Review patient history and educate patients on procedural expectations.
  • Administer contrast media and monitor patient responses during imaging.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of imaging equipment.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines in radiologic practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
  • Document imaging results and maintain accurate patient records.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic imaging; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating CT imaging equipment and performing diagnostic procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
