Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and coordination tasks as needed.
  • Assist with food and catering orders and arrange transportation services for guests.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor, representing the client effectively.
  • Work on-site four days per week, adhering to the 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule.
  • Contribute to a positive and organized office environment through reliable and punctual service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and routing as needed.
  • Support office operations with administrative tasks and coordination responsibilities.
  • Handle catering orders and transportation arrangements for guests and staff.
  • Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to address scheduling and logistical needs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all interactions and tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
  • Preferred experience of 3 years in client-facing hospitality or professional services environments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation are essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or high-end hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Comfortable with in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
