Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate client meetings and prepare related materials.
- Handle reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors.
- Oversee office supplies, deliveries, and facility maintenance.
- Assist with planning and executing client events and networking functions.
- Support billing processes, expense reimbursements, and administrative requests.
- Collaborate on office setup and growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal executive support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in event coordination and office management.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in a professional setting.
- Notary Public certification is a significant advantage.
