- Assist attorneys with calendar management, deadline tracking, and bar membership renewals.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court rules across multiple jurisdictions.

- Support front desk operations, including call management and visitor interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and other critical legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and third parties to facilitate litigation processes.
- Handle electronic filing and service of court documents in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
- Schedule and arrange meetings, depositions, hearings, and other legal appointments.
- Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, expense reports, and professional memberships.
- Provide professional front desk services, managing calls and visitor interactions effectively.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, event coordination, and common area upkeep.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience in a legal or litigation environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and litigation software.
- Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court rules in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
